Please note some postcodes are split accross multiple colours.
Delivery Information
Delivery will arrive 2-5 days after purchase.
Please let us know in the order notes if you require your fireworks for a specific date.
If delivery cannot be made, and the fault lies with the customer (i.e. not home, and we cannot leave it with a neighbour), we will charge for re-delivery later. However our dedicated courier has delivered fireworks over 3000 times so far and a customer has never been charged for a re-delivery!
Please only sign for the number of boxes that have arrived.
Product Availability
When packing an order, we can sometimes come across an item that has been damaged or has been mis-boxed at the production level. If this does happen, we will always attempt to contact you to find an alternative. We know fireworks are a time-sensitive product, and if we cannot get through by phone or email, we reserve the right to substitute an item for another of greater value.
Returns Policy
All hazardous items (both indoor and outdoor pyrotechnics) cannot be returned once purchased and all sales are final. This is due to the nature of the products which cannot be resold once they have been in the hands of the consumer as they could potentially be damaged or tampered with.
